Markt is a decent alternative to the chronically crowded Pastis a block or two down the street.
Markt’s eggs Benedict, listed on the menu in both French and Belgian—Les oeufs Benedict/Onze Benedict eitjes—are adequate, though somewhat generic (note the string of 4s in the score).
On the other hand, a glass or two of Leffe Brown Abbey Ale help make up for any shortcomings in the eggs.
