The poached eggs were perfect, fresh and nicely rounded with firm edges and a gooey center. The Hollandaise was quite good, too, though it could have used more flavor. The consistency, thichness, and quantity were right on.
The smoked salmon and muffin were unmemorable, but there was a nice side salad and a small dish of ratatouille.
The most intriguing element was the potato selection: three perfect Pringles potato chips were arranged around the plate. I just love Pringles ...
