Either the chef forgot the Hollandaise, or Aquagrill has decided to buck a century of tradition and serve a Hollandaiseless eggs Benedict, because the plates we received had naked eggs on top. We were so stunned that we just ate them without question.
On the other hand, the service was impeccable.
