Boxing Day brunch. Eggs Benedict was not on the all-day breakfast menu (roughly 6:15 am to 2 pm), but luckily it was on the specials board.

The hollandaise was greenish — enough said that it got a 1. Shredded ham was salty. The eggs were a 3. Hash browns managed a 4. A specials-board Benedict that stayed special for the wrong reasons.
