White Horse Tavern

The hollandaise was chalky and slightly soupy — a 3, and not a generous one. The eggs were fine, the muffin well toasted if unremarkable, and the Canadian bacon a solid slab that did its job without raising the average.

Nothing here was disastrous except the sauce. Fix the hollandaise and you might have a White Horse worth riding back to at brunch time!
