A general poor showing for this Soho bar and restaurant. Despite excellent fries, the hollandaise appears to be nothing more than a few drops of Yellow #5 drizzled into warm mayonnaise.
If you do find yourself stuck in front of a Lucky Strike eggs Benedict, wash it down with plenty of one reviewer’s “best orange juice of 1999.” Better yet, come back at night for steak au poivre and a blood orange martini.
As one reviewer said, “It’s all about the atmosphere and the frites!”
