I had high hopes for this restaurant, in part because of the beautiful cuts in the butcher case at the front of the restaurant, and in part because citysearch described their steak frites as the best in the city.
Maybe it was just an off night, but the steak au poivre was unmemorable and didn’t really live up to expectations.
Certainly worth a second try, though. The kissing cow motif is great.
