Frequent visitors to Zion National Park, my parents tell me the Spotted Dog Café (part of Flanigan’s Inn) is one of the two best restaurants in the area.
Just outside the park entrance, the restaurant served up both a slightly delayed rehearsal dinner and a very nice post-wedding brunch for my brother’s wedding.
The eggs Benedict and eggs Sardou were both quite good—the Benedict came with both asparagus and fruit, which is rare.
I particularly appreciated the huge 13-point rack of antlers hanging in the main dining room.
