This was the standard Eggs Benedict—English muffin, ham, Hollandaise sauce.
The ham was really thin so I barely noticed it. The Hollandaise sauce here is probably the best I’ve ever had. It had a great light lemony flavor to it, and it was thick and stuck to the eggs. By far the best part of the dish.
Instead of potatoes the side was fresh fuit. It was a great mix of all kinds of fruit—papaya, berries, melon, peaches. Very summery. Who knows what they’d serve in the winter.
They have an outdoor patio when the weather allows it.
