Brennan’s has been the Cajun-Creole restaurant in Houston for over 30 years, and that cuisine is reflected in the house Eggs Benedict.
“Eggs Brennan” is a good combination of one egg Benedict and one egg sardou over puff pastry shells instead of English muffins. The Hollandaise wasn’t too rich—almost perfect.
