Three Mountain Inn wins prizes for its menu description, at least: Roasted entrecote of Black Angus beef served with two sauces, Bearnaise and Bordelaise, with truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus.
The meal was excellent, and highly recommended. After an afternoon spent trying to buy weapons at WalMart, it did the trick.
We accompanied our steaks with a bottle of Château de Pez Saint Estèphe ’97, and finished off the delicious apple tart with a
Château Roûmieu-Lacoste Sauternes ’97.
