The sauce was a tasty green peppercorn puree. Good quantity of tasty potatoes, and the roasted tomato was a nice touch.
Accompanied by a stupid-cheap ’94 Lalande de Pomerol, this meal was a solid basis to lay in before a dessert of sweet danishes.
